How to Ship Your Device to HandyDanny
- Request a Repair: Visit our mail-in page or call us to schedule your repair service. Once we have confirmed the repair, you will receive payment and shipping information to send your device to the address provided.
- Packaging Your Device:
- Please ensure that your device is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Use a sturdy box and protective padding (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.) around the device to prevent any movement.
- Shipping Label: We recommend shipping via a trackable service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) and insure the full value of the device in case of damage during transit.

Your Responsibility:
- Accurate Shipping Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. HandyDanny is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided.
- Proper Insurance: You are responsible for ensuring that the shipment is properly insured during transit to and from our repair facility. HandyDanny is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of devices during shipping.
- Device Condition: You are responsible for ensuring that the device is in a condition suitable for repair. If the device is sent in a non-functioning state (e.g., liquid damage or extensive physical damage), additional repair charges may apply.
- You are responsible for removing any SIM cards, memory cards, or accessories not necessary for the repair. HandyDanny is not liable for any lost accessories.
- It is your responsibility to inform HandyDanny of any known issues or prior damages before repair.
Repaired Device Delivery
- Shipping After Repair: Once your repair is complete, HandyDanny will ship the device back to you within the agreed upon time frame using a reliable courier service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). You will receive tracking information once your device has been shipped back to you.
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and will be added to the total repair cost until otherwise stated. HandyDanny will not be liable for any damage or loss during return shipping. This will be the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
- Warranty: All HandyDanny repairs are covered by a 60-day limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by you after the repair, software and data issues, or issues unrelated to the repair.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: If you experience any issues with your repaired device, you may request a return or re-evaluation with HandyDanny within 7 days of receiving it.
- Condition for Returns: Devices must be returned to HandyDanny in the same condition as you received it, with no additional damage or alterations.
- Non-Returnable Items: Devices with severe damage (e.g., water damage, motherboard failure) may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
- Re-Evaluation: if an issue with the repair is found upon re-evaluation, we will attempt to resolve it at no extra cost. If an issue is found but the device cannot be repaired, customer will be charged a repair attempt fee ranging from $20-$60 to cover time and labor on your device. Then all refunds will be issued for the repair services requested.
- Warranty: All HandyDanny repairs are covered by a 60-day limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by you after the repair, software and data issues, or issues unrelated to the repair.

Refund Policy
- Refunds: In the rare case that we can’t fix the issue after re-evaluating the repair, we may offer a refund. Shipping fees and repair attempt costs are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: If we’ve performed some work but can’t fully resolve the issue, we may provide a partial refund at our discretion.
- Non-Refundable Services: Diagnostic fees, shipping costs, and repairs on devices with extensive prior damage (like water or motherboard issues) are non-refundable.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days and processed back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Liability
- Shipping Liability: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused during shipping, whether sending to or returning from our facility. This will be the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
- No Guarantees on Device Condition: Due to the nature of electronic repairs, we do not guarantee that a device can be restored to its original condition, nor do we assume liability for any pre-existing damage.
If you do not receive your refund?
If you have received notification from HandyDanny that your refund is approved but have not received your refund yet, first contact your bank as refunds sometimes get held up in processing. If your bank does not see your transaction, contact us so that we can ensure you receive your refund.
